These Terms govern use of the byNitrone website and any related services, including website builds, lead recovery systems, and SMS communications.

By accessing this website, submitting forms, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Services and scope
- - Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
- - If there is any conflict, the signed client agreement governs over this public policy page.
- - Work outside agreed scope may require a change order, added fee, or revised timeline.
Client responsibilities
- - Provide accurate business information, approvals, and required assets.
- - Respond to content/review requests in a timely manner.
- - Maintain lawful rights to all submitted content and media.
Billing and payment terms
- - One-time project invoices follow proposal milestones.
- - Monthly services are billed in advance on recurring cadence.
- - Lead Recovery monthly plans include a 3-month minimum term unless otherwise stated.
- - Late or failed payments may pause service, deployment, or support.
Cancellations and refunds
- - You may cancel recurring services with written notice per your agreement.
- - Custom strategy, build, and implementation work already performed is non-refundable.
- - Any exception must be in writing and approved by byNitrone.
Intellectual property
- - Client-owned content remains client property.
- - byNitrone retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal systems unless otherwise agreed.
- - Upon full payment, client receives usage rights to final deliverables as defined in the service agreement.
Disclaimers and liability limits
- - We provide services on an as-is and as-available basis.
- - We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, or conversion outcomes.
- - To the maximum extent allowed by law, byNitrone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
SMS program terms
- - byNitrone SMS includes missed-call follow-up, appointment coordination, and support updates.
- - Opt-in methods: web form opt-in from byNitrone forms and text START to +1 (931) 227-7919.
- - By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS from byNitrone via web form opt-in.
- - Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
